The Solon Human Resources Department is responsible for a myriad of tasks relating to employee relations, training, recognition, benefits, compensation, recruitment, selection, and retention.
The mission of the Solon Human Resources Department is to provide leadership to the administration in the management, recruitment, selection, and retention of an empowered workforce which enhances and improves the value of the community as a leading place in which to live, work, and raise a family.
This mission will be achieved and supported by an array of services, programs, policies, and procedures that recognize that our employees are our greatest resources.
