Holiday Rubbish Pickup Schedule 2010

Please be notified that the City of Solon Service Department will be closed on the following days to observe certain holidays.  If your normal rubbish day falls on one of the holidays in 2010, your rubbish will be picked up on the following days:

Memorial Day Monday, May 31st
The service Department will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 31st.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Tuesday, June 1st.

Independence Day July 4th
The Service Department will be closed for Independence Day on Monday, July 5th.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Tuesday, July 6th.

Labor Day Monday, September 6th
The Service Department will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 6th.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Tuesday, September 7th.

Thanksgiving Day Thursday, November 25th
The Service Department will be closed for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 25th.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Wednesday, November 24th.

Thanksgiving Day (day after) Friday, November 26th
The Service Department will be closed the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, November 26th.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Monday, November 29th.

Christmas Day December 25th
The Service Department will be closed for the Christmas Day Holiday on Friday, December 24th.  Trash and recycling will be picked up on Monday, December 27.
