PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1288.04(3)(d) OF THE ZONING CODE, “NON-COMMERCIAL OPINION SIGNS” 


The City of Solon Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. to discuss possible amendments to Section 1288.04(3)(d) of the Zoning Code, “Non-Commercial Opinion Signs.”

PROPOSED REZONING:


The City of Solon Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall via ZOOM regarding the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Code: 

  • Request received from Daniel Mayer, Brokerage Services/ Healthcare to rezone 34575, 34645 and 34675 Aurora Road (PP#'s 954-30-019, 954-30-018 and 954-30-017) from the R-1-C "Single Family Residential" Zoning District to the O-1 "General Office" Zoning District.
