Workforce Resources - Listing of programs offered by various regional agencies
ACCESS to Manufacturing Careers - an employer-designed program that provides the foundational skills and knowledge of manufacturing that people need to be successful in entry-level jobs. Read more here.

Ohio Means Jobs - Cuyahoga County office - request a business recruiter to contact your company to discuss your workforce needs
SkillUp - Employers can receive support from Cuyahoga County to help them train existing and new employees or workers provided by temporary staffing agencies to upskill workers from lower wage/lower skill jobs to higher wage/higher skill jobs. Talent advisors assist with creation of customized training plans, candidate screening, training cost reimbursement, and coaching services for trainees.
Small Business Resources
Western Reserve Safety Council - Provides a forum for the presentation of health and safety issues and the exchange of ideas and concepts for best practices in accident prevention. The information and resources available through the WRSC will increase awareness and, with implementation of strategies learned, the likelihood of reduction of workplace accidents and injuries. The monthly meeting topics focus on regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA, EPA rules and regulations, et al.) The WRSC is open to all public and private companies in the Solon area and surrounding communities.

This interactive map will connect you with local universities and research centers with access to skilled employment, specialized infrastructure, and technological knowledge.
