Purchasing

The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department works with all City Departments in the procurement of quality services and products in an efficient and most cost effective manner.

The Purchasing Division also assists all City Departments in the preparation of bid documents, ensures all bid/proposals are treated equally and fair in accordance to the law, maintain essential financial files, preparation of all City purchase orders, maintains the City's office supply inventory, negotiates professional services and promotes positive supplier/vendor relationships with courtesy.
