The Water Reclamation Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Department also maintains 75 miles of sanitary sewers and 22 lift stations that transport wastewater to the facility.
Our Facility
This facility was originally built in 1962, and sits on a 36 acre site on the city's southwestern border. Expanded in 1970 and again in 1980, a third and final expansion was completed in 1996. The plant is designed to treat 5.8 million gallons of wastewater per day. Facility Information

The Water Reclamation Department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
