The Solon City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, regarding a request from ABC Development LLC to rezone 29500 Aurora Road consisting of 17 parcels (PP#’s 951-20-301 through 951-20-316 and 951-20-004) from I-2 (Industrial Manufacturing) to C-4 (Motorist Service Commercial) for the purpose of constructing a Sheetz convenience store/restaurant and gas station on the property.
