The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, regarding a request from Daniel W. Margheret, DJM Group, LLC, to rezone properties located at 5910 and 5900 Harper Road, 30000 Aurora Road and 6001 Cochran Road from I-2 (Industrial Manufacturing), O-2 (Office Park) and C-5 (Industrial Service Commercial) to I-1 (Industrial Warehousing and Assembling).
A copy of the request is available for review in the Planning Department and Clerk of Council’s office at Solon City Hall during normal business hours.
