The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, regarding the creation of a new I-3, Industrial Auto Service Zoning District and implementing the zone for property located at 31835 – 31935 Aurora Road/Old South Miles Road as requested by Darren Guerrini, property owner Reno G. Properties, LLC.
Per the Master Plan recommendation, additional properties may also be considered for rezoning to the I-3 Auto Service Zoning District.
A copy of the request is available for review in the Planning Department and Clerk of Council’s office at Solon City Hall during normal business hours.
This public hearing will be continued at future Planning Commission meetings.
