The City of Solon is considering the creation of a new MPD-A (Mixed Use Planning District) and implementing the zone for certain parcels currently located in the C-3 and C-4 Commercial Zoning Districts. The City Council will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2019 at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, to consider the new MPD-A and proposed rezoning.
