The Solon City Council will hold a final Public Hearing on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, regarding the following proposed amendments to the Zoning Code:
- From Hawthorne Golf Estates, LLC requesting the rezoning of Permanent Parcel number 953-02-001 and a portion of Permanent Parcel number 951-17-012 consisting of approximately thirty-two (32) acres of land adjacent to Hawthorne Valley Country Club from “R-1-D” (Single Family Residential) Zoning District to a potentially new “R-2-A” (One and Two-Family Residential - Senior Citizen) Zoning District Classification
- Creation of an “R-2-A” (One and Two-Family Residential - Senior Citizen) Zoning District Classification
The meeting will be open to the public, however, due to the COVID-19 health emergency, if you choose to attend the meeting, a waiver must be signed, a mask must be worn and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
