How we stay connected has changed and having access to a reliable network has become essential. AT&T Access and Spectrum Internet Assist are programs that offer high-speed internet at an affordable price to qualified households.

AT&T Access

Access from AT&T is a low-cost program for home internet access where AT&T offers wireline home internet services to limited income households who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits in California. In response to the public health crisis, Access from AT&T is temporarily expanding eligibility based on income and to households participating in National School Lunch and Head Start Programs.

Access from AT&T provides low-cost service for eligible households and includes:

No annual contract
No deposit

Spectrum Internet Assist

Spectrum Internet Assist gives your household a reliable, blazing-fast connection to the world of information, education, entertainment and services that are available online. To qualify for Spectrum Internet Assist, a member of your household must be a recipient of The National School Lunch Program (NSLP), The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, or Supplemental Security Income (≥ ages 65 only).
