The Animal Control Department responds to all domestic and wild life complaints in the City of Solon. Found animals are brought to the Animal Warden's Kennel, located at the Police Department and held until ownership can be established. Owners are charged an impoundment fee of $20 to release their pets from the Animal Warden's Kennel at 33000 Solon Road.
