Functionally-Fit (Virtual Fitness Class)

Being “FUNctionall-Fit” is how you can live that BEST life. This type of training will build strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and heart-lung capacity from the ground-up.

Flex Chair Yoga & Guided Meditation (Virtual Fitness Class)

Gentle seated and standing stretches. The varied postures are designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion, while establishing mindful awareness of body and breathing. Class is suitable for every fitness level!

Zumba Gold (Virtual Fitness Class)

Easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s an invigorating dance fitness class.

Act II Singer Rehearsal (Virtual Activity)

No previous vocal experience needed to participate in our group! Weekly rehearsals broadcasted through Zoom, but participants can join by dial-in as well. The Act II Singers are supported by The Campus of Anna Maria.

Delay the Disease (Virtual Fitness Class)

Designed to empower individuals with Parkinson’s Disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. This class addresses common movement challenges experienced by those with PD with easy to follow exercises.
