SilverSneakers® Cardio Fit (Virtual Fitness Class)

Low-impact cardio workout for active older adults. A variety of easy-to-follow, energizing movements are used to promote a healthy heart. Handheld weights and elastic tubing exercises follow to promote muscle endurance and strength.

Hike & Stretch (Outdoor Fitness Class)

Hike and stretch through the Metro Parks at Henry Rock Church. Finish the hike with core strengthening exercises to improve balance. Once a month Mayor Kraus joins the group.

Cardio Drumming (Virtual Fitness Class)

Cardio can be fun! This class turns a fitness ball into a drum and you will burn calories. Be creative at home use wooden spoons and anything that you can drum on to “bang the beat”. Come join the fun.

Line Dancing (Virtual Fitness Class)

Glide, slide, and step your way to fitness. This cardio activity does not require experience or a partner.
