    Linda Solomon guides you in gentle seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase balance, flexibility and range of motion while establishing mindful awareness of body and breathing. Class is suitable for every fitness level. You are welcome to bring a mat, a bottle of water and your smile. Chairs will be available.
